Questions owners ask
How often is my property inspected?
Move-in and move-out inspections are included. During the tenancy we inspect twice a year, at $50 per inspection.
Who approves repairs?
You set your own maintenance approval limit. The default is $400.
What reports do I get?
Monthly reporting through your owner portal, plus your 1099 and a 12-month cash flow statement every January.
Do you reward referrals?
Yes. Refer another owner who signs on with Home Key and you’ll get a $250 credit.
