Portable AC Unit

You are here on this page because your house AC probably stopped working. We are so sorry to hear that! We know if it can be rough in southern Utah heat. At no charge to you, we have invested in some portable AC units for the benefit of our residents while the HVAC Technician is working on getting your Air Conditioning back up and running. If you would like to grab a portable AC unit, please follow the instructions below.

These portable AC units are located in a storage unit that we will provide you access to.

Slide to open, then lift door up with the rope at the bottom.

Once you get inside you will be able to check out a portable AC unit. There is a form located inside on the table to fill out your name, address, date, and which unit you are taking so we can keep track of them. Please only take one or two if necessary. Do not take more than two units. Remember to grab the tube, and window insert that connects to the tube. You may need some tape to hold the window insert and extensions in place. (We have had many residents using these portable AC units so the remotes may or may not be available, but you can control the AC directly on the unit itself).

*Disclosure: These units have been used in other residences. By using these portable units you understand and accept that the other residences may have pets in their homes. You understand that these units are provided as a courtesy and you agree to not hold owner or management company, agents, or staff liable for any allergies or injury it may cause.

*Remember to lock up the storage door.
