Home Key Property Management is locally owned and operated by Matthew Ivie, who has lived in St George, Utah since 1995. With a love of Southern Utah, Matt has been excited to raise his family in Southern Utah and has always wanted to own his own business. In May of 2016, Matt met a beautiful girl named Carli – and they married after a short 90 days of dating! Today, Matt and Carli have two beautiful children Eleanor & Larsen.

Matt found his passion for property management and loves helping investors create long-term wealth through real estate. Matt has worn many hats in the business, from leasing agent, property manager, inspection specialist, maintenance coordinator, handling 1099’s, EOY accounting reports, team leader, real estate agent, managing partner, to becoming owner/broker of Home Key Property Management. Matt has managed hundreds of properties and has a demonstrated history working in the industry. With Matt’s knowledge of the business and of the local area, you can be assured that your investment is in good hands with Matt and his team.

Chelsey Tipa brings more than 12 years of experience in property management operations to Home Key Property Management. Originally from Utah, Chelsey spent 12 years traveling throughout the United States, with much of her career focused in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.

Throughout her career, Chelsey has been responsible for the management and operations of more than 2,600 multifamily units. Her experience includes developing and implementing processes and procedures, overseeing maintenance operations, managing office teams, and training team members to ensure efficient and consistent day-to-day operations.

Chelsey is passionate about problem-solving, improving processes, and finding ways to increase efficiency and profitability. She brings a hands-on approach to operations and enjoys identifying opportunities to make systems work better for both teams and the residents they serve.

Chelsey recently returned to Utah to be closer to her niece and nephew and is excited to continue her career in property management while being back in her home state.Outside of work, Chelsey enjoys taking advantage of everything Utah has to offer. She loves biking, hiking, and spending time outdoors, and is always looking for an opportunity to explore somewhere new.
