Matt Ivie, Owner/Broker
Home Key Property Management is locally owned and operated. Matthew Ivie, broker, owner & operator, has lived in St George, Utah since 1995. With a love of Southern Utah, Matt has been excited to raise his family here in Southern Utah and has always wanted to own his own business here. In May of 2016, Matt met a beautiful girl named Carli and we’re married after a short 90 days of dating. Today, Matt and Carli have two beautiful children Eleanor & Larsen.
In the same year (2016) Matt passed his real estate exam to become a licensed real estate agent. Soon after, Matt found his passion for property management and loves helping investors create long term wealth through real estate. Matt has worn many hats in the business, from leasing agent, property manager, inspection specialist, maintenance coordinator, handling 1099’s, EOY accounting reports, team leader, real estate agent, managing partner, to becoming owner/broker of Home Key Property Management. Matt has managed hundreds of properties and has a demonstrated history working in the industry. With Matt’s knowledge of the business and of the local area, you can be assured that your investment is in good hands with Matt and his team.
Home Key Property Management specializes in residential long term management as well as commercial management. We manage properties small to large such as; condos, townhomes, apartments, houses, multi family, and commercial.
Anne, Leasing Coordinator
Anne Bove is an experienced Realtor who has worked in the industry for over 30 yrs. The last 7 years have been spent in Property Management. She recently move to Saint George and joined the Home Key team in 2021. Prior to moving to Saint George, she worked with real estate clients ranging from first time home buyers/sellers to experienced investors. She is a multi-million dollar producer which has earned her numerous honors. In her years in Property Management, she has helped hundreds of people find their perfect rental home. Anne’s knowledge of the market, coupled with her tenacity to protect her client's interests, makes her an ideal agent. One of her passions is helping others and contributing to the community. She is an active volunteer.
Mitch, Maintenance Coordinator
Mitch was born and raised in St. George and loves the red mountains. He is a hard worker and very dedicated. He gives his all and strives to serve others. Mitch has a background in marketing and is currently working on finishing his bachelors degree. He has always been interested in real estate, and is excited to learn all that he can. He loves helping people and wants to one day also become a life coach. Mitch is a husband and father to two adorable kids. When he isn’t working, you can find him spending time with his family.
Chase, Handyman/Inspector
Chase’s honest nature and eye for detail allow him to be the best person to inspect each property to ensure it is up to every owners highest standards. Those close to Chase appreciate his quick whit and ability to make friends with everyone. For either owner or tenant, rest assured that Chase will be a trustworthy person in your home. You can guarantee he will brighten your day, and provide a thorough inspection of your property. Chase and his wife Alli, who coordinates all of our inspections, enjoy spending time with their two growing boys in Southern Utah.
Amy Roper, Property Inspector
Amy Roper has remodeled four homes and helped design her own custom home. She has also owned and operated a farm that included a several successful rental properties. She is always looking for ways to think outside of the box and come up with fresh ways to scratch that creative itch. Amy lives in Washington city with her husband and 3 energetic children. Amy Enjoys running races, big projects, hiking with her family, and walking her dog, Gunner.
Gracie, Maintenance Coordinator
Gracie is from Cedar City, UT but has lived in Saint George UT for most of her life. She loves meeting new people and helping others in any way she can. She has a strong interest in Real Estate. She has some background in property management. When she is not working she enjoys spending her time out on the golf course, fishing or creating art.
